Product infomation

StarRyder® is the product of a very successful project between Dutch Passion and the Joint Doctor. The collaboration took a few years to create this outstanding autoflower variety. An exceptional Dutch Passion Isis clone, a premium sativa with a first class “high”, was carefully hybridised by Joint Doctor with one of his best indica dominant automatics. The result is a very potent autoflower variety. The first part of the name refers to the outstanding quality and performance, a real Star. The second part of the name refers to the Joint Doctor, the autoflowering pioneer and producer of the original LowRyder.

StarRyder® grows like a compact Christmas tree, producing large resinous buds, growing to around 50cm tall and yielding 45 to 100 grams to the average grower. Experienced autoflower growers can yield over 100 grams per plant growing in soil or coco. Yields of over 200 grams per plant are possible with hydro methods such as DWC (Deep Water Culture) in the hands of the very best growers who will be able to grow plants around 1m tall. The THC content is around 15 to 19% which is special for an autoflower variety. The “high” is described as powerful and fast hitting. The taste is smooth and sweet.

I started 2 of these Staryrders under a 600W HPS while I was finishing off a GSC. I grew them in 20 lt buckets from the start in 5" net pots DWC with domes on them squeezed in the corner ( 6" from my experience would have been better.. more stable.) I used mini water pumps and top ring dripped them till the roots got established in the nutes. They had the M2 growroom to themselves after a month. 1/5 food after 10 days of germination for about 4 days then 1/4 for a week and built up to full strength by week 4. Vegetation took about 6 weeks. The buds were a decent size by then and it measured 95cm ( I added extra nitrogen and Calmag during this stage as I use RO well water.. I should have used Boron too). I switched over to bloom for 3 weeks then cut the nitrogen and gave it 2 more weeks of increased bloom then flushed for a week. It was no where near done after that . They had plenty nitrogen in the leaves so dragged flushing for 3 weeks and harvested the top large colas. I got 11oz from that harvest then refed the lower canopy for a week and flushed for a week and harvested another 5 oz of serious frosty buds. I also used H2O2 and silicone. This is at least a 14 to 16 week grow in DWC.. 6 weeks in veg ...etc. GL...

Purchased a couple star rider seeds and after a few weeks inside moved them to my outdoor garden. I'm in Michigan and they receive about 6 hours of direct sun. I am quite delighted. Some of the best looking auto,a I've seen. Bud laidin from top to bottom. Looks like I'll be harvesting these beauties in a couple of weeks.Put outside June 1st harvesting about August 1st. Also have a couple Frisian dew autos wich are also awesome. Will definately be ordering more next year. Great Job Dutch Passion.I'm feel'in the Passion! Peace
