Spain. Navarra Region Officially Regulates Cannabis Clubs

big buds, AutoBlueberry

Navarra is an independent region of Spain with an autonomous local Government based in North Spain, bordering the Basque region, La Rioja and the Aragon region.  It has always been an independently minded region, and has just officially regulated its local cannabis associations and Cannabis Social Clubs.  This is a real victory for the local Cannabis Social Clubs which will be legally free to grow their own cannabis for adult members on a non-profit basis.
With great progress also being made in the Barcelona region (which has hundreds of cannabis social clubs) Spain is becoming the most progressive country in Europe with the progressive political thinking towards cannabis
