UK. Newspaper calls for cannabis legalisation with tax revenues funding mental health

0

The Times, one of the UK’s leading Newspapers urged politicians to legalize cannabis and put the resulting tax revenues into childrens mental health work.  Currently the UK has no cannabis regulation and all cannabis revenues feed into the black market with no tax revenues raised.  The Times suggests that the process could begin in London with the next London Mayor able to start a test-program.  Its a controversial suggestion, but the UK is lagging behind the rest of Europe/NorthAmerica and will eventually need a more modern approach to its cannabis policy.
